Additional Course Information: 

Supplies:  All Supplies must be brought to class no later than 3/4/19

   Basic function calculator

• Scrub uniform shirt/scrub uniform- must be worn to class beginning 3/4/19 or alternative white jacket   Name tag - must be worn to every class meeting, beginning 3/4/19
•    White lab jacket (not a lab coat) –may be worn as an alternative to scrub uniform beginning 3.4.19

• 2 Bottles (16 fl.oz.) Isopropyl Alcohol 70%,
• 2 boxes of alcohol pads minimum (100 each)
• 30 pairs of gloves exam gloves, minimum     5 Scantrons AS100
•    Usual school supplies, including pens, pencils, paper, and 3 x 5" index cards
