Course Description: This class provides advanced mental training to improve basketball performance. Theories, strategies, and best practices include; mental set, arousal and performance, mental imagery, and motivation as they pertain to preparing for basketball competition. Students will develop necessary knowledge and skills to prepare for intercollegiate competition as well as self-assess readiness for transfer and the selection of transfer program.
