Course Objectives (What you will learn in this course)
In this course, student will learn and develop basic knowledge of Microsoft Office skills needed in the modern business office. Student will learn Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as Access. Student will learn how create documents and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite 2016. A working knowledge of the MS Office window environment and a founding for using a variety of applications of the personal computer will also be covered in this course.
Prerequisite: None
A student, upon completion of this course will:
1.Understand how to create documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
2.Create, edit and format business documents in Word applying features in Microsoft Word.
3.Create and format business Excel spreadsheets/workbooks applying colors, patterns and borders, deleting andadding columns and rows; renaming; moving and adding spreadsheets.
4.Create and format a PowerPoint presentation applying features in PowerPoint.
