Course Description: An introduction to the area of computers and their relationship to today's' information society. Examines a broad overview of topics including hardware, software, networking, information technology, and the Internet. The student will explore the implication and effect of technology on society, careers, and ethics.

  • Develop problem-solving skills employing pattern recognition, transfer of learning and the ability to evaluate choices among solution techniques.
