Office hours: MW 1:30-2, 4-5.  TTH 1:30-4.  I'm also available to answer questions during lab periods of any class I teach; just look up the room and go there, about 30 minutes after starting time as I usually use the first 30 minutes to talk about the lab to the class.

Meet Your Instructor:  Dr. Nguyen, William

I was a student at SAC 1994-1996 then transferred to UCLA staying there 96-98 for my Bachelor's degree and continued 1998-2003 for my PhD.  I'm an organic chemist by training specializing in synthetic chemistry, a field where people make compounds with potential biological activities and test to turn them into drugs..  I've been teaching at SAC since 2004.  I usually teach Chemistry 219, 249 and 259.
