Meet Your Instructor:
Hi everyone!
My name is Stacey Littlejohn. I started teaching at SAC four years ago, and recently received my tenure. I graduated from Brea-Olinda High School in 2005, then went to Mt. SAC, then transferred to Kansas Wesleyan University where I played soccer and ran cross country. After receiving my Bachelor's of Science in Chemistry with emphasis in Forensic Science, I went to UCI for grad school. I graduated in 2010 with an M.S in Chemistry with an emphasis in Nuclear Forensics. After I graduated, I taught at Cerritos College, Chapman University, CSUF, and SAC. I currently also teach at Fullerton College. I love soccer, running, reading, and napping! I also ref soccer on the side. I ref at the club level, high school, and college.

Course Description: An introduction to the fundamental concepts of general, organic and biochemistry for majors in nursing and other allied health majors. Includes atomic structure, nuclear chemistry, bonding, solutions, acids and bases, organic nomenclature, hydrocarbons, alcohols, aldehydes, ketones, carboxylic acids, carbohydrates, proteins, lipids, nucleic acids and metabolism
