I offer over 20 years of private practice and public agency professional civil/Traffic engineering and management experience. I currently serve as the Deputy Director of Public Works/City Engineer for the City of Fountain Valley where I am responsible for the planning, development and successful implementation of the City’s 34 million dollar capital improvement program including roadway rehabilitation, traffic/transportation, sewer rehabilitation, sidewalk improvements, park facility improvements, energy solutions, city building improvements, ADA improvements and private development.

I also serve as a public speaker for California Joint Powers Insurance Authority (JPIA) where I speak on topics including risk, OSHA, ADA compliance, construction work zones and best practices in traffic control.
