Course Description:
- Instruction and application of study skills for college level courses.
- This class is designed to assist students in improving the following skills and more: time management, textbook study, lecture note-taking, test taking, and exam preparation.
- Readings, discussions, and assignments are conducted in order to better enable students to apply their knowledge for academic success.
LEARNING OUTCOMES:
Upon completion of this course, students will be able to:
- Analyze and determine effective college study strategies for academic learning.
- Evaluate habits that can impact academic success and apply strategies for change.
