Course Description: Advanced projects in legal research and writing. Emphasis on legal form and style.
Student Learning Outcomes: Students will demonstrate an understanding of the court’s analytical approach to law as applied to facts. Students will think logically in solving problems, explaining their conclusions, and evaluating the analysis of others.
