Our goal is to expand upon the detailed drawing skills acquired in the Introductory SolidWorks course. These skills are essential building blocks for machinists, designers and engineers as they strive to master the software in order to gain or maintain employment as well as to enhance earning power.

- Master the creation of detailed drawings (blueprints) as commonly used in industry, including:
o Single component (part) drawings – complete with dimensions, notes and layers
o Assemblies – complete with Bill of Materials and exploded views with balloons
o Various types of views – Projected, Auxiliary, Section, Detail, Crop
o Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) symbols and Feature Control Frames
