 Course Description: BIOLOGY 109L, FUNDAMENTALS OF BIOLOGY LABORATORY 1.0 UNIT Laboratory experiments that illustrate important biological concepts at all levels of organization, from molecules and cells, to organisms, populations, communities, and ecosystems. Content complements Biology 109/109H lecture material. Fieldtrip required. Prerequisite: Biology 109 or Biology 109H with a minimum grade of C or concurrent enrollment.

Read the syllabus which contains the schedule of lab activities. It is important that you read the lab exercise before coming to class so that you are prepared. Grading criteria are also stated in the syllabus. My goal is to help you think and communicate in ways you may not have before, so get ready!
